Once you buy a dash you will be sent a game code via email which you can use to start your game at any time. Once you message the code to our number you will be guided through setting up your game, including your end location and game mode.

Easy mode typically takes 30-60 minutes plus travel time, while hard mode can take 60-180 minutes plus travel time. It really depends on how long it takes you to obtain the items and the locations of your chosen start and finish locations. The beauty is you control the pace and can make it as quick or leisurely as you want.

In easy mode, you just need photos of yourself with each item — perfect for quick games and great social media content. Hard mode requires you to physically obtain and bring the items to the finish line for the ultimate challenge.

You pay for the number of phone numbers and how many people play per number is up to you - but we find the game works best with 1-3 players per number. Our Classic 2-3 package supports 2-9 players, while Classic 4-6 supports 4-18 players. You can play as individuals or squeeze your team around one phone — whatever works best for your group.

Once in a game, each player is messaging the Scavenger Dash number. Scavenger Dash has been cleverly designed to maintain game suspense by allowing players to only deliver relatively cryptic communications to each other. You can see when other players obtain items, but you cannot see what they are collecting until the end of the game. This keeps the game exciting and competitive. Without giving away too many spoilers, there is also the option for some good old-fashioned trash talking mid-game, which can be a lot of fun!

All games finish at carefully selected great London pubs. You can choose your preferred region (North, South, East, West, or Central London) and we will pick a fantastic spot with good vibes and great drinks. No affiliations, just places we think have great vibes.

Players typically spend a few pounds obtaining the items, but Scavenger Dash has deliberately chosen items that you could reasonably obtain for nothing or for a small sum of money. In the Pro version of the game, you will be able to set budgets that teams need to adhere to to win! The challenge is in being creative — charm strangers, barter with businesses, trade favours for items, or if all else fails, open your wallet. It is all about social skills and creativity.
